Ken Cruse is Founding Partner & CEO of Alpha Wave Investors and Soul Community Planet. Alpha Wave Investors engages in creative, disciplined value-driven hotel investments. Soul Community Planet provides holistic hospitality based on the values of wellness, kindness and sustainability. Previously, Ken was Chief Executive Officer and a director of Sunstone Hotel Investors. Ken is actively involved in various industry and professional organizations. He is a member of Southern California Chapter of Young Presidents Organization and is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for Colorado State University’s Warner College of Natural Resources. He previously served as a director of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Ken is a chairman-elect for Miracles for kids, a nonprofit serving children with life-threatening illnesses and the families that care for them. Ken holds a B.S. degree from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. degree from Georgetown University.
